LAYNA 1-Year Warranty: What It Covers and How to Register

Your LAYNA LED mask is backed by a 1-year warranty. Here's everything you need to know about what's covered, how to register, and how to file a claim if needed.

Professional-grade skincare shouldn't require professional-grade anxiety about device failure. Every LAYNA LED mask comes with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects, component failures, and performance issues — not just during the honeymoon period, but for a full year of regular use.

What's covered

  • LED bulbs that fail to illuminate (not cosmetic damage)
  • Charging port or power delivery failures (A41 wireless)
  • Battery failures including failure to hold charge (A41)
  • Controller or timer malfunctions
  • Physical defects in materials or workmanship

What's NOT covered

  • Physical damage from drops, crushing, or water damage beyond IP rating
  • Damage from use of non-approved power adapters
  • Normal wear and tear (surface scratches, elastic strap degradation)
  • Cosmetic LED output changes that don't affect therapeutic efficacy

Registering your warranty (required for claims)

Visit laynaface.com/warranty and enter your device serial number (found on the inside of the mask's power module) and purchase date. You'll receive email confirmation and a warranty certificate. Registration takes less than 2 minutes and protects your investment.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Email support@laynaface.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Include a short video showing the problem (LEDs not working, charging issue, etc.)
  3. Our support team will respond within 24 hours with a resolution (replacement or repair)
  4. For confirmed defects, we ship a replacement within 3 business days at no cost

Extending your coverage

Customers who register their warranty within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a complimentary 6-month extension — bringing total coverage to 18 months. This is our way of rewarding proactive customers who take the 2 minutes to register.
