Every LAYNA LED Face Mask is backed by a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. Registering your product is fast, free, and ensures you're protected the moment something goes wrong. Here's everything you need to know.

What the LAYNA 1-Year Warranty Covers

The LAYNA warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:

• LED lights that fail to illuminate or lose significant intensity within the warranty period
• Hardware failures in the controller, charging port, or wiring (wireless model)
• Mask shell defects including cracking or hinge failures under normal use
• Power adapter failures under normal use

What the warranty does not cover: Damage from misuse (dropping, water damage beyond the device's IP rating, use of non-approved power adapters), cosmetic wear that doesn't affect performance, or damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs.

How to Register Your LAYNA Mask

You'll receive a confirmation email with your warranty details.
