My order — when will it ship?

Orders placed within the US typically ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

How do I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Email us at support@laynaface.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

My device isn't working — what do I do?

All LAYNA devices are covered by a 1-year warranty. Visit /warranty to register your product and contact us for a replacement or repair.
